What Ages Your Driveway?
Chemicals accelerate the natural oxidation process. Gasoline, oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze and other fluids that leak from automobiles will dissolve the asphaltic binder. Water, which penetrates the pavement, stresses the asphalt and propogates cracks.

What Can Sealing Do?
Sealing with a Coal-tar emulsion, which is not dissolved by petroleum products, can protect the pavement from all of these d estructive factors. The natural elastic characteristcs of your pavement are sealed in, while the damaging factors are sealed out.
